Refund Policy

Custom banners, stickers, magnets and any custom printed product (henceforth known as “signage”) cannot be returned if not deemed to be the fault of Supreme Banners. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring all signage is met to their specifications. If there is a problem with your signage, please send an email to problems@supremebanners.com.

If there are issues with your order, the discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If the discrepancy is not reported within the allotted time frame, Supreme Banners will not be liable. If the mistake in the order was deemed to be the fault of Supreme Banners, the signage will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.

Supreme Banners does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Supreme Banners. You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by Supreme Banners as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

ISSUES THAT ARE NOT COVERED:

Image Pixelation:
Image quality greatly depends on the type of file that is sent. If the file is a raster (pixel based) image, increasing the DPI would not improve the quality. The only thing that it will do is decrease the quality. When you increase the resolution, your image editing software does calculations and fills in the space based on those calculations. Since the calculations are not 100%, the quality of the artwork decreases.

There are three options to remedy this issue:
a) find new artwork (scalable vector format if possible) or
b) remake the current artwork (in a higher resolution original format)
c) print as is.

A close up proof of your artwork will be sent, if it is deemed low-resolution. Please note that the artwork can still be print as is, but has to be approved by the Buyer. If the order is time sensitive, please notify your assigned representative to print as is. Supreme Banners will not be held liable for any delays or expedited shipping costs if we are not notified to print as is.

Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors:
Supreme Banners is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.

Color differences:
Color is a perception that is different for everyone, Supreme Banners cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, your logo may not be the exact color as what appears on your computer screen. See color selection page for more info.

Banner Stands and all non-customizable products
Banner stands are individually checked for factory defects, damage, and/or missing parts. We strive to check and maintain a high quality of all banner stands before they are received. If your stand does not come with all of the necessary components, please notify us via email within 72-hours of receiving the package. We will mail out any required components.

If the banner stand needs to be returned, the banner stand must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days however the Buyer must notify us of an issue within 72 hour of package receipt. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping cost involved in shipping is non-refundable.

Regarding Digital Proofs
If an order is placed through the Online Design Center, an overview of the order is automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. Your design will be printed as is, if payment is applied and there are no issues with image pixelation. The Buyer will be contacted through email if there are issues with pixelation.

If an order is placed through the store website, the Buyer will receive a proof through the email provided at checkout. The artwork will be checked for pixelation and the Buyer will be notified if there are any issues with the artwork. All proofs are final.

CANCELLATION OF PRINT ORDERS

If an order needs to be cancelled, please send an email at sales@supremebanners.com at the earliest possible time. A written request is required for cancellations and cancellation request cannot be made over the phone.

If the banner or sticker has already been processed and printed, a 50% ink and substrate fee will be applied to the total refund. This is done since the Buyer’s signage is not able to be sold to another party.

REGARDING PICK-UP ORDERS

If the Buyer has requested a pick-up from our location, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the ordered items in a reasonable amount of time. The Supreme Banners warehouse is not a storage facility for signage. Signage that is not picked up within 14 days will be discarded. If the Buyer is unable to retrieve the items within the allotted time frame, please notify us so accommodations can be made.

COLOR SELECTION

YOUR FILES MUST BE IN CMYK COLOR MODE!

It is very important for you to understand that due to differences in monitor calibrations, quality, and various specifications, some printed colors may not always match the colors displayed on your computer screen.
To have the closest match between your desired color and your printed material, all of your files must be first converted to CMYK color mode.

Color

color mode is associated with electronic displays, like your CRT, LCD, or TFT computer monitors, along with your digital camera, scanner, iPad, iPod, and smart phones. Softwares that allow you design artwork normally uses RGB because it offers the widest range of colors.

Any and all printers in the world can only print in CMYK color mode! It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to print something in RGB color mode. This is because RGB is an additive type of color mode that combines Red, Green, and Blue light. When these three color lights combine, they produce what appears to be WHITE light. In the absence of Red, Green, and Blue light, the image will appear black.

On the other hand, CMYK uses the ink colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black to in various amounts to create all of the necessary colors when printing images.

RGB colors have a greater range of spectrum and can be produced vivid and vibrant. When these colors are converted to CMYK, the colors will come out darker and duller. You must convert your RGB files to CMYK before we can print.

If the converted CMYK colors are different than what you are looking for, you must redesign your image in CMYK.

How do I make sure my BLUE does not print PURPLE?

When designing your artwork in BLUE, make sure to set at least a 30% difference between your CYAN and MAGENTA values. The more magenta you have in your blue, the more purple it will become.

How do I make sure my YELLOW does not print GREEN?

Your YELLOW may print GREEN, if CYAN color appers during the conversion to RGB to CMYK. To print a true YELLOW artwork, be sure to use 100% YELLOW and 0% CYAN.

Similarly, your YELLOW may print ORANGE, if there is some MAGENTA present in the design.
